You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good?  For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

Don’t let evil thoughts and feelings fester in your heart.   Eventually, what is in your heart will pour out of your mouth.  Ask God to help you get rid of whatever bitterness you have been holding on to.
