Verse of the Day:  Luke 8:15

But the seed on good soil stands for those with a noble and good heart, who hear the word, retain it, and by persevering produce a crop.

 

God’s word is like a seed that you plant everywhere you go by sharing it with others and by being an example in the way you live for Christ.  You never know whose heart the seed will take root in.  The more seeds you plant, the bigger the harvest.

 

Yesterday my husband and I planted seeds into the lives of 50 homeless people by providing meals and provisions to them in downtown Phoenix.  We put a scripture and short prayer in every bag we handed out and also spoke words of encouragement to each person.
