In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’

I recently read an article about random acts of kindness raising dopamine levels and boosting your mood.  Shortly afterwards I happened to read Acts 20:35 and it all made sense.  We feel good when we do good deeds for others because we are blessed when we give unselfishly.  Give what you can whether it’s your time, money, or encouragement.
