Verse of the Day: 1 Corinthians 13:13
And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.
The dictionary defines love as an intense feeling of deep affection. However, the Bible imparts a profound wisdom, emphasizing that love surpasses mere emotion; it is the paramount and greatest of all virtues. True love embodies patience and kindness, devoid of envy or boastfulness, arrogance or rudeness. It relinquishes the insistence on its own way, remains impervious to irritability and resentment, and never revels in wrongdoing but finds joy in truth. Love carries the weight of all trials, sustains faith in all circumstances, fosters hope in all possibilities, and perseveres through all challenges. Ultimately, love is never-ending in its eternal presence.
