Verse of the Day: Lamentations 2:19

Arise, cry out in the night, as the watches of the night begin; pour out your heart like water in the presence of the Lord.

God’s desire is for you to approach Him with both the joys and the sorrows of life. While it’s important to express gratitude and praise, it’s equally crucial to share your burdens and challenges with Him. Whether it’s feelings of anger, frustration, confusion, or pain, do not hesitate to lay it all at His feet. Approach Him with sincerity, withholding nothing. Pour out your heart to God, expressing your emotions and your needs without reservation. Remember, He already knows what you need, but He longs for you to bring everything to Him in prayer. Rest assured that God’s love for you is unconditional, and He hears every prayer. Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to Him, for God is our refuge. (Psalm 62:8)
