About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.

Paul and Silas found themselves in a pretty bad situation. Despite being beaten and imprisoned, they refused to give in to bitterness or anger. Instead, fueled by their love and faith in Jesus, they chose to pray and sing to God despite their current circumstances. Regardless of the challenges you face today, stay determined to pray and sing praises to God. Keep praising God regardless of the circumstances. Keep praising Him until He gives you the victory.
