Verse of the Day: Psalm 72:13

He will have compassion on the poor and needy, And the lives of the needy he will save.

The Lord is abundantly merciful and compassionate, especially towards the poor and needy. He not only offers salvation for their souls but also attends to their physical needs. Jesus dedicated time to heal the sick, feed the hungry, and care for the weakest among them. We, too, should have a heart of compassion for those less fortunate. If a particular charity or cause speaks to your heart, consider taking action by contributing a donation or offering your time and services to an organization that serves those needs. Allow Jesus to guide you in the way you should go to help the less fortunate.
