Verse of the Day: Romans 12:6-8
We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.
By God’s grace, each of us has been given unique gifts, designed specifically for the plans He has for our lives and for the church. Our gifts may be different, but together we all make up the full body of Christ, working in unity.
There are many kinds of gifts, but they all come from the same God, who empowers and works through each of us. As a member of the body of Christ, it’s your calling to discover the gifts God has placed in you and to use them to bless others and build up His church. Whatever your gift is, use it wholeheartedly for God’s purpose, so that His name may be glorified through your life.
Thank and praise God for the incredible gifts He’s given you and for the privilege of using them to serve His kingdom!
“Only Jesus” by Casting Crowns reminds us that all we do, every gift, every act should point others to Jesus, not ourselves.
