Give Hope

Verse of the Day: Psalm 9:18

But God will never forget the needy; the hope of the afflicted will never perish.

As we near the Thanksgiving holiday , let us turn our hearts toward those in need. There are so many opportunities to be a blessing, whether through giving, serving, or simply showing someone they are not forgotten.

Praise God, who meets all our needs with His abundant grace and mercy. Through Jesus Christ, we have an everlasting hope and the promise that we are never alone. While we may sometimes drift or become distracted, God never forgets us and He never forgets those who are hurting.

This season, and all year long, ask the Lord to show you how to be His hands and feet. Whether you give your time, offer a warm meal, share a kind word, or lend a helping hand, let it be done with love and a heart of worship.

Even the smallest act of kindness can shine the light of Christ into someone’s darkest moment. So step out in faith and allow God to work through you. Let this be a season marked by compassion, generosity, and the joy of serving in His name.

“Hope Has A Name” by River Valley Worship is a worship song pointing to Jesus as the very source and name of our hope.
