Verse of the Day: 1 Peter 3:10
For, Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech.
Reflection:
I need to be mindful of the words I speak. My words reflect not only my heart but also the God I serve. I don’t want to tear others down with negativity, gossip, or lies. Instead, I want my speech to show kindness, truth, and encouragement. Choosing to speak life over others is one of the ways I can reflect God’s love in everyday life. When I pause and let Him guide my words, I can build people up rather than hurt them. This verse reminds me that what comes out of my mouth should honor Him and bring light to those around me.
Prayer:
Lord, help me guard my words and speak with love, truth, and grace. Keep me from saying things that don’t honor You. Fill my heart so fully with Your presence that my words reflect Your goodness and bring encouragement to others. Amen.
Life Reminder:
Your words carry power, use them to reflect God’s love and build others up.
