Verse of the Day: 1 Kings 18:43-44

“Go and look toward the sea”, he told his servant. And he went up and looked. There is nothing there,” he said. The seventh time the servant reported, “A cloud as small as a man’s hand is rising from the sea.”

Reflection:
Even when it feels like nothing is happening, I can’t give up. Elijah’s servant had to look seven times before he finally saw the small cloud that signaled God’s promise was on its way. That reminds me that my breakthrough could be just around the corner, even if I don’t see it yet. God is always at work, even when I can’t feel it. My part is to keep trusting, keep praying, and keep praising while I wait. His timing is perfect and His promises never fail.

Prayer:
Lord, help me to hold on to faith when I feel like giving up. Remind me that You are always working, even when I can’t see it. Give me patience to wait on Your perfect timing and strength to keep praising You while I wait for the breakthrough You have promised. Amen.
