Verse of the Day: Philippians 2:3
Do nothing from selfish or empty conceit, but with humility of mind regard one another as more important than yourselves.
Reflection
Everything I do should come from a place of love and compassion, not selfish motives or personal gain. The world often tells me to put myself first, but God’s Word calls me to live differently, to walk humbly and to value others above myself. True love isn’t about recognition or reward, it’s about serving with a sincere heart, just as Jesus did.
Christ’s example of selfless love inspires me to slow down, listen more, and give without expecting anything in return. When I pray for others, help someone in need, or show kindness, I’m reflecting the heart of Jesus. Loving this way transforms my relationships and draws me closer to God, who blesses those who serve with humility and grace.
Prayer
Lord, thank You for showing me what true humility and love look like through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Help me to live with a servant’s heart, to give, to love, and to act with compassion, not for my own glory but for Yours. Teach me to see others through Your eyes and to find joy in serving selflessly. Amen.
Life Reminder
Live to love, not to gain. True joy comes from serving others with a humble and genuine heart.
