Verse of the Day: Proverbs 1:5

The wise hear them and grow in wisdom; those with understanding gain guidance.

Reflection

I don’t want to stay in the same place spiritually, emotionally, or mentally. I want to keep learning and growing in the Lord. True wisdom doesn’t come from experience alone, it comes from seeking God and listening to His voice. Like Solomon, I want to have a heart that values wisdom, not for my own gain, but so I can live a life that honors God.

Growth requires humility, a willingness to learn, to listen, and to let God guide my steps. The more I seek His truth, the more understanding He gives. His Word is never outdated, it’s timeless, powerful, and full of life yesterday, today and forever. Each day is an opportunity to grow deeper in faith, stronger in character, and wiser in my walk with Him.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for the gift of wisdom that You so freely offer. Give me a teachable heart that seeks Your truth above all else. Help me to never stop learning, growing, and drawing closer to You. Guide my steps, open my mind to understanding, and fill me with discernment that reflects Your goodness. Amen.
