Verse of the Day: Psalm 143:8

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.

Reflection

I’m a routine kind of person. My mornings begin with Bible verses, prayer, and coffee. As soon as I open my eyes, two things come to mind, God and coffee. Before I take my first sip, I thank the Lord for the gift of a new day. Starting my morning in His presence has become sacred to me. Prayer, time in His Word, and a warm cup of coffee set the tone for everything that follows. This quiet time grounds me, especially when life feels uncertain and reminds me that I don’t walk through the day alone. After spending time with the Lord, I feel refreshed, strengthened, and ready to face whatever comes my way.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for waking me up today and inviting me into Your presence. Help me to begin each morning with gratitude, prayer, and a hunger for Your Word. As I seek You first, align my heart with Yours and guide me through every moment of the day. Amen.

Life Reminder

All it takes is a little coffee, a heart full of worship, and a whole lot of Jesus to set the tone for a blessed day.
