Verse of the Day: Proverbs 14:30

A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones.

Reflection

It’s good to have goals, but I don’t want envy to corrupt my soul. As I grow in my relationship with God, He continues to change my heart in beautiful ways. He lifts me out of anger, worry, and comparison, and replaces them with peace, hope, and contentment. Envy only drains the spirit, but God’s love restores and renews. When I focus on the blessings He’s given me instead of comparing myself to others, I’m reminded that His plans for my life are intentional and perfectly timed.

Prayer

Lord, help me to pursue my goals with a pure heart. Remove any trace of envy or comparison from my spirit, and teach me to celebrate both my blessings and the blessings of others. Fill me with peace, gratitude, and trust in Your perfect plan for my life. Amen.
