Mission Statement:
The mission of this blog is to encourage, inspire, and uplift people around the world through the truth of God’s Word. By sharing daily Bible verses, devotionals, and stories of faith, I want to help others grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, embrace restoration, and let their light shine for God’s glory in everyday life.

My name is Lisa Mojica, and I am so happy you’re here. As a wife, mother, and grandmother who loves the Lord with all my heart, I created this blog to share my love for God and His Word with you. One of the stories in the Bible that resonates deeply with me is found in Luke 7:36-50—the story of Jesus being anointed by a sinful woman. She came to Jesus in faith, weeping at His feet, wiping them with her hair, kissing them, and anointing them with perfume. This woman knew who Jesus was, and by her faith, her many sins were forgiven. Jesus said, “But whoever has been forgiven little loves little,” and this story speaks volumes to me. I can relate to her gratitude and deep love for the Lord because I, too, have been forgiven much. Knowing the depth of God’s mercy has made me love Him even more. What an awesome God we serve!

Consecrated to God is dedicated to sharing this love for God with people from all walks of life. Through this blog, I offer daily Bible verses designed to inspire and encourage you in your faith journey. Each day, you will find a carefully selected Bible verse, accompanied by a thoughtfully chosen image and a brief commentary. These reflections aim to help you not only understand the verse but also apply its timeless truths to your daily life, bringing hope and encouragement along the way.

One of the unique aspects of Consecrated to God is a special section focused on the “Women of the Bible”. Their stories are filled with faith, courage, and perseverance—qualities that are as relevant today as they were in biblical times. From Mary’s unwavering trust in God to Esther’s bravery and Ruth’s loyalty, the women of the Bible have so much to teach us. By sharing their stories, I hope to show how God worked through these women in powerful ways and how He continues to work through us today. These posts highlight the lessons we can draw from their lives and how we can apply those lessons in our own faith journeys.

Beyond the daily Bible verses, there is another section called “Read the Bible in One Year” that offers monthly Scripture reading plans to help you stay connected to God’s Word. Whether you are new to Bible study or have been reading Scripture for years, these plans are designed to guide you in building a deeper relationship with God and growing spiritually by reading the entire Bible in the course of one year.

At Consecrated to God, my mission is to remind you of the hope we have in God. Life is full of challenges, but through His Word, we find comfort, guidance, and strength.
