Verse of the Day: Proverbs 14:1

The wise woman builds her house, but with her own hands the foolish one tears hers down.

Reflection

Being a wise woman means more than just what you know. Being wise is about how you use what you know. A wise woman builds her house with love, faith, and intention, making God the cornerstone of her family. She gives Him glory, trusting His guidance in every decision.

When my heart is aligned with the Lord, I can nurture my family with patience, speak life into my home, and lead by example. My home becomes a sanctuary of peace, stability, and joy. It’s a reflection of God’s love and faithfulness. But when I try to do things my own way or let pride and impatience take over, I can unintentionally bring division or discouragement. Each day is a choice: will I build my home upon His wisdom or tear it down with my own hands?

Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank You for entrusting me with the gift of a home and family. Help me to be a wise woman who builds with grace, patience, and love. Teach me to seek Your wisdom in all I do and to make You the foundation of every decision. Let my home be filled with Your peace and presence, a place that brings You honor and reflects Your goodness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
