Reflection

As we observe Memorial Day, I want to reflect on the true meaning of this day and the tremendous sacrifice behind the freedoms we enjoy. It is a time to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation, laying down everything so others could live in freedom. My heart is especially mindful of their families, who carry the weight of that sacrifice every day and I lift them up in prayer along with our leaders and our nation. Even in the midst of challenges, I remain grateful to live in a country where freedom, especially the freedom of religion, was purchased at such a high cost to many.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for the lives of those who served and sacrificed for our freedom. Comfort their families, guide our leaders, and protect our nation. May we never take these freedoms for granted, but use them to serve others and honor You.
