Verse of the Day: Mark 10:45

For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.

Reflection

Though He had every right to be honored, Jesus chose humility and a life of service. He cared for the hurting, reached the overlooked, and gave His time and compassion freely. If Jesus came to serve, I should follow His example. When I choose to help others with love and humility, I’m walking the same path Jesus walked and I am reminded that no act of service is beneath me. In serving others, I honor Christ and live out the humility He so beautifully modeled.

Prayer

Father, help me live with a servant’s heart like Jesus. Teach me to put others before myself and serve with humility and love. Guide my actions so they reflect Your heart. Amen.
