Verse of the Day: Galatians 5:1

It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

Reflection

My freedom was paid for by Jesus and I no longer have to carry the weight of guilt, shame, or my past. I am not defined by who I used to be or the things that once controlled me. I have the ability to stand firm and refuse to return to patterns that no longer belong in my life. Each day, I choose to walk forward with confidence, embracing the new start and purpose I’ve been given. Living in freedom allows me to move ahead with courage and hope.

Prayer

Lord, Help me remain firm in the freedom I’ve been given by Your sacrifice and to not fall back into old ways. Strengthen my heart when temptation or doubt tries to pull me backward. Guide my steps so I continue moving forward with confidence. Amen
