Verse of the Day: 1 Samuel 3:10

The Lord came and stood there, calling as at the other times, “Samuel! Samuel!” Then Samuel said, “Speak, for your servant is listening.”

Reflection

Prayer isn’t only about what I say, but also about creating space to listen. When I slow down and quiet my heart, I become more aware of the gentle guidance that aligns with truth and leads me in the right direction. I take time to consider whether what I sense brings peace, encourages growth, and points me toward responsibility rather than pressure or fear. The more I practice being still and attentive, the easier it becomes to recognize direction from the Holy Spirit meant to guide me forward. Choosing to listen helps me walk with confidence.

Prayer

Lord, Help me slow down and listen to You with an open heart. Give me wisdom to discern what is true and peace-filled and guide me as I seek clarity and direction. Amen
