Verse of the Day: Psalm 30:5
For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.
Reflection
There are nights when I’ve gone to bed discouraged, carrying tears and unanswered questions with me. But morning always comes. The light always breaks through. Feelings are temporary, even when the’re overwhelming. Hard chapters don’t last forever. If I wake up to a new day, that alone tells me there’s still purpose, still breath in my lungs, still hope ahead.
So I choose not to camp out in despair. I let myself feel what I feel, but I don’t stay there. I trust that brighter days are ahead of me. What feels dark today will not define my tomorrow. Joy is coming, and I will see it.
Prayer
Lord, Thank You for carrying me through the hard nights. Help me hold onto hope when things feel heavy. Give me strength to trust that brighter days are ahead. Amen
Life Reminder
No matter how long the season feels, joy is on its way to you.
