Hold On

Verse of the Day: Romans 8:18

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

Reflection

Has life ever ever felt like you’re swimming against the current? It has for me and living out my faith isn’t always easy, especially in a world that often pushes God to the side. There are times when I feel outnumbered or misunderstood for standing on what I believe. But I remind myself that this isn’t the whole story.

The struggles I face right now are real. The pressure is real. The disappointment is real. But they’re temporary. What God has promised is eternal. When I zoom out and think about the bigger picture, it shifts my perspective. What I’m walking through today doesn’t get the final word. There is something greater ahead. A future with no pain, no loss, no sorrow. And when I hold onto that hope, it strengthens me to keep going. I don’t have to fold under pressure. I can stay rooted and I can stay faithful.

This season is just a chapter, not the ending. What God has prepared for us is worth holding on for.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for the hope You’ve given me beyond this life. When I feel overwhelmed or discouraged, remind me that this is not the end of the story. Strengthen my faith and help me stay rooted in You. Amen

Life Reminder

When you remember that your present struggle is temporary, you can stand firm in the hope of what God has promised.
