Reflection

Sometimes I feel nervous about speaking up, especially when it comes to sharing what God has done in my life. I worry about saying the wrong thing or stumbling over my words. Sometimes that fear makes me want to stay quiet instead of stepping forward.

But I know God doesn’t expect me to have everything perfectly figured out. If He places something on my heart to say, He will help me say it. I don’t have to rely on my own confidence or ability. God is the one who gives me the words and helps me speak when the moment comes.

When I stop focusing on my fear and start trusting Him it helps. I can share honestly from my heart and trust that God will use it in ways I may never fully see. My part is simply to be willing and obedient and His part is to guide my words. I know I can move forward with confidence knowing He is right there helping me speak, even if it’s not perfect, it’s honest.

Prayer

Thank You, God, for helping me when I feel anxious or nervous about speaking. Please guide my words and give me the courage to say what You place on my heart. Help me trust that You will lead me in every moment. Amen.
