But the pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands; so the potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him.

Reflection

God has taken my broken pieces and put me back together as a new creation. There are times I have felt broken, worn, and unworthy, but I remind myself that I am in the hands of the Potter. I don’t have to be perfect for God to use me, I only have to be willing. When I surrendered my life to Him, He lovingly shaped and molded me according to His purpose, using the broken pieces to create something beautiful. As He works in me, I choose to praise Him, thanking Him for His grace, His patience, and for never giving up on me.

Prayer

Lord, I place my life in Your hands every day. Take every broken piece and shape me according to Your will. Thank You for Your grace and for making all things new in me. Amen.
