Verse of the Day: 1 John 1:9

If we confess our sin, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Reflection

I know that when I ignore sin in my life, it affects my relationship with God. Even on my best days, there are moments when attitudes, thoughts, or choices need to be brought into the light. When I come honestly and humbly before God, I don’t have to hide or carry the weight of guilt. Confession clears my heart, restores peace, and allows me to move forward without shame. Choosing honesty and repentance keeps my heart right and my relationship with God strong.

Prayer

Lord, Help me recognize anything in my heart that needs to be confessed. Give me the courage to be honest as I trust in Your forgiveness. Restore peace and understanding as I walk forward on the righteous path that leads to You. Amen
