Verse of the Day: Psalm 31:14
But I trust in you, Lord; I say, “You are my God.”
Reflection
Trusting God is something I have to choose over and over again. On the good days when everything feels right, I trust Him. On the hard days when nothing makes sense, I lean on Him even more. I remind myself that He is my God, not just in theory, but in how I react to real life.
I bring Him my stress, my disappointments, and the questions that keep me up at night. I don’t have to filter it or fix it first. I don’t have to pretend I’m stronger than I am. When life feels hard, I move closer instead of pulling away. People change. Circumstances shift. But He doesn’t.
Most of the time, my emotions try to take the lead. Fear gets loud. Doubt creeps in. In those moments, I have to make a decision, I have to trust God. I choose to believe I’m not abandoned and that choice brings real peace.
Prayer
Thank You, Lord, for being constant in every season. Help me choose trust when my emotions feel louder than truth. Teach me to stay close and rest in knowing I am supported by a loving, caring, compassionate God. Amen
Life Reminder
Choosing to trust God keeps your heart grounded when everything else feels uncertain.
