God Can Turn It Around

Verse of the Day: Genesis 50:20

You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good, to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.

Reflection

I have to tell you, this is one of my favorite verses in the Bible. There have been situations that could have crushed me. Things said. Things done. Choices made. Moments that felt like they were meant to harm, discourage, or label me. But God has decided that pain doesn’t get the final say in my life.

When I look back, I can see how what should have taken me out actually shaped me. The setbacks grew my strength. The heartbreak deepened my compassion. Even my mistakes taught me lessons I wouldn’t trade now. What felt like the end of something became the beginning of growth. None of it was wasted.

I may not always understand how it all fits together, but I believe my story still carries purpose. What once felt broken, is still being rebuilt into something meaningful. I am not defined by what happened to me or what I went through, God is using it for good, and that gives me real hope for what’s ahead.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, Thank You for working through every chapter of my life. Help me trust that even the painful parts are being used for something meaningful. Give me faith to believe that what feels broken can still be rebuilt. Amen

Life Reminder

What was meant to hurt you can become the very thing that strengthens and shapes your purpose.
