Verse of the Day: Ephesians 3:19

May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.

Reflection

For a long time, I felt an emptiness inside me. It wasn’t loud or dramatic, it was just there. Even when life was going well, it felt as if something was missing. I tried to fill that space with accomplishments, relationships, busyneness, and doing all the “right” things, but nothing truly satisfied it.

I eventually realized that knowing about Christ wasn’t the same as personally experiencing His love. I had information, but I hadn’t fully opened my heart. When I stopped just going through the motions and genuinely surrendered my heart to Him, something shifted. The striving slowed down. The pressure to prove myself eased. I felt more whole, not because everything around me changed, but because something inside me did.

I can’t fully explain how His love works, but I know what it feels like, it completes what is missing. It steadies me. It fills the deep places I couldn’t reach on my own. And in that love, I’ve found what my heart had been searching for all along.

Prayer

Lord, Thank You for loving me in a way that reaches deeper than I can understand. Thank You for filling the empty spaces I tried so hard to manage on my own. Help me stay open to Your love and live from that place of wholeness every day. Amen

Life Reminder

The emptiness you feel may be an invitation from God to experience a love that truly makes you whole.
