Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.

Reflection

On my hardest days, I have to keep holding on to the hope I have in God. It’s easy to trust Him when life is smooth, but real faith is formed when things don’t go as planned. In those moments, I remind myself that God’s promises are still true and His faithfulness has not changed. Even when He feels quiet or distant, He is still present, still working, and still holding me in His arms. Hope isn’t pretending things are easy, it’s choosing to trust God when they’re not.

Prayer

Lord, help me hold tightly to hope when the days feel heavy. Remind me of Your promises and steady my heart when faith feels hard. Help me to keep trusting You whatever my circumstances may be. Amen.
