Reflection

There have been moments in my walk with God when I’ve felt really alone. Not because no one was around me, but because not everyone understood the choices I was making. Choosing faith. Choosing obedience. Choosing to live differently. Sometimes that path feels isolating. Even with supportive people in my life, there were still quiet battles I had to fight in my own heart. But I hold on to this, the Lord stands with me. When I feel overlooked, He is there. When I feel misunderstood, He is there. When I’m tired of being strong, He gives me strength I didn’t know I had. I’ve felt that steady support in moments when I thought I might crumble. Somehow, I didn’t. And I know it wasn’t just me, it was God.

Following God isn’t always easy, but it doesn’t have to be lonely. even when it sometimes feels that way. He shows up in the quiet. He shows up in the hard conversations. He shows up when I’m unsure of my next step. And if I’ve learned anything, it’s this, I may not always feel surrounded by people, but I am always supported by God.

Prayer

Father God, thank You for standing with me when I feel alone. Thank You for giving me strength when I don’t have much left. Help me remember that You are near in every situation. Give me courage to keep walking in obedience, even when it feels lonely. Fill my heart with peace knowing You will never leave me. Amen.
