God Is My Salvation

Verse of the Day: Isaiah 12:2

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.

Reflection

There have been so many times I’ve cried out to God for help in my relationships, at work, with my health, my finances, you name it and it’s most likely been on my prayer list. If it mattered to me, I brought it to Him and asked Him to step in.

God isn’t just someone who saves me once and then steps back. He is my salvation every single day. He’s my strength when I feel weak. He’s the peace that calms me down when everything around me feels chaotic.

I don’t always know what’s coming next. I don’t always understand why certain things happen. But I do know this, God has never failed me and He has always carried me through.

When I say He is my strength, I mean it. Not borrowed strength. Not temporary motivation. Real, steady strength that shows up when mine runs out. Somehow, even in hard seasons, He gives me a quiet confidence because I know He’s in control. I’ve had to choose trust more than once. Faith over fear. Peace over panic. Every time I lean into Him instead of my worries, I feel centered again. No matter what comes my way, I know I’m not facing it alone.

Prayer

Father God, thank You for being my salvation and my strength. Thank You for staying faithful through every season of my life. Help me to trust You fully and not give in to fear. Be my peace when things feel unstable and remind me daily that You are bigger than anything I face. Amen

Life Reminder

When fear starts to creep in, remember that God is your strength today and He will be your strength tomorrow.
