Verse of the Day: Psalm 100:5

For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.

Reflection

When I say God is good, it’s not just words to me. I’ve seen it. I’ve lived it. His goodness isn’t based on how good I am or how strong my faith feels on a given day. It’s based on who He is, steady, loving, and unchanging.

People can disappoint me. Situations can change. Feelings can come and go. But God doesn’t waver. His love isn’t temporary. It doesn’t run out. Even when I fall short or mess up, He stays faithful. That alone gives me so much peace.

I don’t have to question whether He’ll show up. I don’t have to wonder if He’s going to change His mind about me. His goodness isn’t temporary, it’s everlasting. It carries through every generation, every season, every high and low.

When I really sit with that truth, I feel good. God is good and not sometimes, not occasionally, but all the time. And that kind of faithfulness becomes my firm foundation.

Prayer

Lord, thank You for being good and faithful in every season. Thank You that Your love doesn’t depend on me getting everything right. Help me trust You more deeply each day. Amen
